As I transitioned into global leadership roles at Pfizer, Abbott, Takeda, Hospira and Marion Merrell Dow, I integrated an MBA mindset into my scientific oversight. This allowed me to bridge the gap between technical CMC hurdles and the business-critical needs of Operational Excellence, site optimization, and crisis management.

I founded Cachet Pharma Consulting to offer this rare perspective—technical rigor paired with the operational decisiveness required to navigate today’s complex global regulatory and manufacturing landscape.
